After a porn star faints on the set, he is taken to a hospital. His wife is also a pornographic actress, and the husband praises his job as if he were a saint. House wants his team back. Chase and Cameron declare they are leaving, after she forgave him for Dibala. So instead of hiring new members, he uses Foreman to bring back Chase and Cameron, and then approaches Thirteen and Taub separately, teasing them with information about the case.

In the end, the patient was raised in a too clean environment, so his body developed worms in his liver to protect his immune system. Cameron decides that House corrupted Chase’s ethics and leaves. Thirteen and Taub return, making the team Foreman, Chase, Taub, and Thirteen.
